Welcome to Bali, our island home for the next week! Arrive at Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS)and transfer to our retreat space.
We shall check in at the Balia Beach Resort, a tranquil and quaint beachfront oasis with well appointed rooms, a sparkling swimming pool and an open-air Shala for our twice daily sessions.
We officially kick off our time together with our first practice, an easy flow to warm up our travel weary bodies.
From here, we shall indulge in our first shared meal and chat,with the goal to connect, relax and simply have fun for the next seven days.

Free time to explore the island and culture of Bali.
Lunch!Slow, whole, organic food with a menu focusing on traditional Balinese cuisine.
Free time to relax at the beach, in the pool or practise your yoga skills on your own.
Yin Yoga! Now we slow the pace and focus on the deep meditative practice of Yin, followed by, if you choose meditation.
Dinner. The small menu engages the senses and changes everyday according to the ingredients available. Fish is offered when local fisherman bring to the restaurant their catch of the day, otherwise the menu is vegetarian, mostly vegan and gluten free, using ingredients from the retreat's garden or local market.
Today the retreat comes to an end. In the morning we'll have our final yoga session followed by our last breakfast at the resort. After checking out, some shall head back to the international airport while others will continue with their Bali adventure.
